I can no longer log in to my account, what should I do?

We have just changed our website, you will need to create a new customer account.

How to create an account?

You can create an account directly when confirming your order. You can also create it before that by clicking on the silhouette at the top right.

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

Click on the silhouette at the top right, then on "forgotten password". An email will be sent to you to choose a new password.

How to order ?

All Keitswim orders are placed on this website. All you have to do is add the items to your basket and then follow the steps indicated. For any assistance in the process, contact us by email or via the live chat on our site.

Is the payment secured ?

Keitswim works with a secure payment system and does not have access to your bank details. A 3D secure verification applies for each payment.

What method of payment do you accept?

You can pay by credit card, visa, american express, mastercard or directly by Apple Pay.

How do I wash and maintain my Keitswim pieces?

We have taken care to prepare in detail all the washing and maintenance instructions for our various products. You will be able to consult them directly under the descriptions of the parts concerned.

How soon are packages shipped?

Keitswim ships your orders within 24 hours or less.

What is the delivery delay ?

We work in partnership with the Post Office and their Colissimo service. In Metropolitan France, parcels are delivered within 48 hours at home and 3 to 5 days at a relay point. To view delivery times outside this area click here.

How to return a product ?

The jewels are neither taken back nor exchanged. For all our other products (excluding promotions and sales), you benefit from a period of 14 days to express your desire for return. You will then have 14 days to return your package to us at our expense. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue you a credit note valid for 90 days on our website, or a refund of the amount of the order excluding postage (excluding jewelry). All return requests are made only to the address contact@keitswim.fr

My package is late, what should I do?

We ship the packages within 24 hours, the Post Office then takes care of the transport. For any complaint related to a delay, contact us then contact the Post Office directly at 3631.

How do I track my package?

When your parcel leaves our premises, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link allowing you to consult the routing of your parcel. If you have not received this email, your package has not yet been shipped. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.
